I’m not for everyone (big secret – nobody is for everyone 😊), and it’s important to meet with potential coaches before deciding if you’re a good fit to work together.

And if seeking support as a couple, it’s essential that both people resonate with and trust the person you’re working with, or you’re not likely to make much progress.

Even if we’re not a good fit, chances are high we’ll both leave with a good energy exchange and having learned something new.

So go ahead and book a free 20-minute chat!

The Coaching Process

Step 1:

Book a FREE 20-minute chat

Let’s get to know each other. You’ll share what’s going on in your life, and I’ll explain how I work. No pressure—just connection and clarity, and to see if we are a good fit to work together.

Step 2:

Clarify your goals & get matched with the right path

Based on your needs, I’ll recommend the best-fit option—whether that’s 1:1 coaching, a retreat, a workshop, or a combo.

Step 3:

Choose the package that suits you

I offer flexible packages to meet you where you are. We’ll find something that aligns with your energy, schedule, and budget.

Step 4:

Start the work (& the magic)

Through personalized sessions, exercises, and accountability, you’ll get unstuck, feel clearer, and start moving toward a life that actually feels good again.

Step 5:

Feel the shift -in your ENERGY & your life

Clients say things like “I feel like myself again” and “I finally know what I want.” That’s the power of realignment.

Coaching: what it IS & ISN'T

Coaching is not therapy, advice-giving, or telling you what to do. It’s a collaborative, client-led process where you stay in the driver’s seat, and I support you in mapping your path.

Whether you’re ready to fully realign your life or just need help figuring out your very next step, coaching can meet you where you are. We can go deep — or we can keep it simple. You get to choose your own adventure.

I’m here to hold space, offer tools, ask questions that help you find your own answers, and remind you of your power.

    Coaching FAQ

Therapy focuses on healing past emotional wounds, mental health issues, and processing trauma. It often explores how past experiences impact current behavior.
Coaching focuses on personal growth, setting and achieving future goals, and creating actionable steps for positive change. It’s about moving forward, not processing the past.

Yes! Many people benefit from both. Therapy can help you heal and understand past experiences, while coaching can help you apply those insights to set and reach future goals.

    Coaching is ideal if you:

-Want to set and achieve specific goals.
-Are looking for accountability and motivation.
-Want to develop new habits and routines.                                                – Struggle staying organized, managing time, or following through on tasks.
    – Feel overwhelmed balancing parenting, work, and self-care.
    – Want to build confidence and stop feeling like you’re stuck or “falling behind.”
    – Are ready to take action and make positive changes, but need direction or support.

If you’re struggling with deep emotional pain, or need help processing trauma and mental health challenges, therapy might be more helpful instead of or in addition to coaching at this stage.

Each session is tailored to your life and goals. Together, we will:

    – Identify your biggest challenges (parenting, co-parenting,       routines, work, relationships).
    – Create simple, realistic strategies to manage life.
    – Build flexible routines for home, parenting, and self-care.
    – Tackle mindset blocks like guilt, overwhelm, or perfectionism.
    – Stay accountable while celebrating every win (big or small)!

It depends on your goals. Many people find that 3-6 months of coaching helps them gain control over their routines, mindset, and life. Ongoing support is also available for long-term success.

No. I’ll guide and support you to discover what works best for YOU. My role is to help you find practical solutions that fit your lifestyle.

    – Be honest and open about your struggles and goals.
    – Commit to trying new strategies and routines.
    – Take small, consistent actions between sessions.
    – Be kind to yourself—progress over perfection!

With consistent effort, you can expect to:
    – Feel more in control of your time and energy.
    – Build ADHD-friendly routines for you and your kids.
    – Reduce stress and overwhelm in parenting and co-parenting.
    – Strengthen your confidence in handling life’s curveballs.
    – Create space for fun, rest, and personal growth.
