Hola amigos!
If you have consistent negative, fearful, blaming thoughts – you create –> negative feelings and actions, which = negative, low energy.
And who wants to feel that way?
And who wants to be around people who are constantly fearful, blaming other people for their problems, and leaving you feeling heavy and down when you leave a conversation with them??
Not me!!
And I’m not suggesting you ‘Be’ a certain way to make the people around you feel better – but to make YOURSELF feel better.
Because YOU likely don’t want to be around YOU when you’re feeling negative, down, or blaming other people for your problems.
That’s when people often self medicate with too much mindless screen time, alcohol, drugs, shopping, food, etc.
Looking for quick, easy dopamine to feel better and forget about your problems – which will make you feel better for a few minutes.
But then dopamine wears off and always dips down further from where you started. So you then need MORE of that dopamine fix to feel the same way again.
And so the cycle begins…
